Singer/songwriter, Kaya Fiyah, is a NorCal based reggae and dub music artist, whose original songs are high energy, creative, catchy, upbeat, and get get the crowd moving. All ages can enjoy listening and dancing to her music.

Kaya Fiyah has immersed her self in the thriving California Reggae music scene, she has been performing locally and bringing her sound to the public. Her goal is to become a dynamic Reggae act that represents the Reggae lovers of California. Her inspiration comes from Iconic Reggae acts such as, Sister Nancy, Kabaka Pyramid, King Tubby, Eek-A-Mouse, Soom-T, Chronixx, Hollie Cook, The Marleys, and so many more.

Currently, Kaya Fiyah is working on a tour planned for Spring/Summer 2025 and is recording music with Isha Erskine, a Multi- Platinum Grammy Award-Winning Producer whose produced albums and singles for artists such as Black Eyed Peas, Ziggy Marley, Kanye West, Maroon-5 and more.

In 2022, Kaya released her very first EP titled Creation which has a reggae, dub, and dancehall vibe. The songs include themes from her own life, the influence of reggae culture, and explorations from her own creative imagination.

Performance History

In 2021, Kaya Fiyah opened for internationally recognized reggae singer Saritah.

In 2019, Kaya Fiyah performed her set alongside DJ Dub Fyah at OneLoveHeartSong: Sonoma County’s Festival for Peace, Love, and Harmony, that featured other reggae performers Soulmedic, Sky-Eyes of the Blood Stones, Midnight Sun, Un Amor Band, and others.

Kaya’s music has been played on KPFA’s late night series Roots Kommunications where well known and up-and-coming female reggae artist’s music can be heard.
